CARDINAL CARDIAC IMAGING
Cardiac Diagnotics

ECG
Our ECG testing allows for the precise measurement and analysis of your heart's electrical activity. This non-invasive procedure helps diagnose various heart conditions, including arrhythmias, coronary artery disease, and more.

Echocardioram
Utilizing cutting-edge technology, our echocardiogram services provide detailed images of your heart's structure and function in real-time. Our skilled technicians and cardiologists interpret these images to detect abnormalities and assess overall cardiac health.

Treadmill Stress ECG
We offer stress tests to evaluate how well your heart functions during physical activity. It involves walking on the treadmill while your blood pressure, heart rate and rhythm and symptoms are being monitored. This diagnostic tool helps detect coronary artery disease, assess overall cardiovascular fitness, and guide treatment decisions.

Treadmill Stress Echo
This test is a combination of Stress ECG and Echocardiogram. The ultrasound of the heart is done before and after the patient walks on the treadmill. This test is indicated if Treadmill Stress ECG alone is not sufficient to determine the presence of blockage in the heart circulation.

Dobutamine Stress Echo
This test also checks for blockage in the heart circulation but it is indicated for patients who cannot tolerate walking on a treadmill. An intravenous solution ("drip") containing the drug Dobutamine is attached to the patient. Dobutamine stimulates the heart to beat fast similar to what walking on a treadmill would do. Images of the heart are then taken at different intervals right through the test. The patient's heart rate, blood pressure and symptoms are strictly monitored all through out the test.

Holter Monitor
Commonly called "heart monitor". Our Holter monitoring service allows for continuous recording of your heart's electrical activity over a period of time, typically 24 to 48 hours. This monitoring helps detect irregular heart rhythms that may not be captured during a standard ECG. It is a continues ECG monitoring . A small device is attached the patient which will record the heart rhythm for 24/48/72 hours depending on the doctor's request. The patient goes home with the device along with a diary to write down any symptoms he/she might feel during the course of monitoring. After 24/48/72 hours, the patient comes back with the device for removal. Our cardiovascular technician will then download the recordings in our system for our cardiologist to interpret.

Bubble Echo
A bubble echocardiogram is the same procedure as an echocardiogram, except an IV is placed in the patient's arm. During certain portions of the imaging, saline with bubbles is injected into the vein. This procedure helps to diagnose congenital defects of the heart.
